We tap into a broad base of consumers from various backgrounds and ask them to systematically observe and journal certain parts of their own lives. With a customized briefing, we direct our journal-ers toward specific topics and get them to uncover parts of their day-to-day lives that they otherwise would not consider. Experience provides a unique opportunity to get consumers to think about a specific facet of their lives over an extended period of time and uncover innovation potential in the process.
Observation
We created the Hubble Observation Panel to gather insights and new perspectives on a global level. The panel consists of insights experts from 8 cities around the world. We give the panel a briefing around a specific topic (for example preparing food or using public transportation) to direct their observation towards seemingly unimportant details of their daily routines that they wouldn’t otherwise think about. In response to our briefing, they submit problems that they experience along with “desired outcomes.” Those insights serve as inspiration for us to develop innovative solutions for everyday problems that have the potential to become new products, services or experiences for our clients.
NetSight
We keep our ears to the ground using highly sophisticated proprietary software that monitors conversations that are taking place over various social media channels. This monitoring allows us to acquire and analyze brand sentiment as well as consumer suggestions, ideas, and problems regarding any theme or issue that we choose. The result is a body of unsolicited insights that we can use to create actionable business solutions.
